We created an on-line product demo for Silverback to explain to Service Providers and End Users the features and functions of Silverback’s IT monitoring software. It includes troubleshooting scenarios, cool functions, and dashboard overviews of their IT user interface. Details show how to handle Network Performance and Security Issues, and set up management and system tools. The structure has three main components designed for two distinct audiences. Two versions were created; one with text, bubbles and audio, and one without. The entire structure is modular in design with independent sections to add new scenarios and make updates later.
